Dine & Dashing is a digital series following wine expert Tony Zezas on a decadent romp through some of our favorite local restaurants while unveiling the mystery of how to pair food with the perfect beverage. Along the way we meet extraordinary people, discuss important issues, and elevate the art of consumption.

Our Mission

Our Mission is to encourage the experience of eating for pleasure. This means having higher standards and seeking out quality ingredients, which require healthy soil, water, and air, ethical practices, and fair wages. We explore these issues and more on our search for sublime dining experiences.

Host, Tony Zezas

Tony has traveled the world studying food, wine, and culture, and is soon to be one of the elite Masters of Wine. He is well known across the Denver restaurant scene for his excellent wine knowledge and double entendres.

 

Producer, Maureen Lee Maloney

Maureen is a nonfiction producer and cinematographer whose credits include MTV, Netflix, Hulu, and NFL Films. Before that, she was a bartender, server, pastry chef, and catering manager.

 

Writer, Marcus Williams

Marcus is a veteran of the Denver restaurant industry, working everywhere from dive bars to fine dining. He is a comedian, gamer, and home-town Denverite.
